You pay for twelve months upfront: $390 for Core or $990 for Premium, per person. That is two months less than paying month by month for a year. It renews at the same yearly price.
The 7-day Premium trial simply stops. Nothing is charged, because no card was taken. Paying for a plan is a separate decision you make later.
