Privacy notice
AigentFlow.io is a product of Globasoft. This notice explains what we hold about you, why, and how to have it removed. It covers two separate things: registering interest before launch, and the account system that ships with the application.
Registering interest
If you register interest, we store your name, your email address, the fact that you agreed to be contacted, and the version of this notice you agreed to, and, if you chose them, the plan you were interested in and what you planned to use it for. We hold it so that we can tell you when AigentFlow.io is available.
We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, without asking why.
The application account
The application includes an account system for sign-in, the trial and subscriptions. It is switched off in the current release and is collecting nothing. It is described here so that the description exists before it is switched on, not because data is being gathered today.
| What is stored | Why |
|---|---|
| Your identity from the sign-in provider, and your verified email address | To sign you in, and to keep one account per person |
| Your name, optional phone number, profession, intended use and company | Collected once before a trial can start |
| Each consent decision you make, kept as an append-only record with the document version | So that we can show what you agreed to, and when |
| Trial dates, subscription status and any payment grace period | To decide whether the application may run |
| A one-way cryptographic hash of your email address | To prevent a second free trial. It cannot be reversed into your address |
| A mapping between your account and your payment record | To link a subscription to an account |
| Up to three device sessions, with the time each was last used | To enforce the device limit and to let you sign a device out |
| A record when the sign-in identity behind an account changes | An audit trail for account recovery |
Who else processes it
Three processors, and no others:
- An identity provider, which handles sign-in and verifies your email address.
- Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies, which receives page views and your IP address.
- A payment provider, which handles subscriptions and card details. We never see or store card numbers.
- A hosting provider, which runs the servers and the database.
What we never do
- We do not read the contents of your projects. The application runs on your machine and your code stays there.
- We do not send your source code to us.
- We do not log your personal data in our server logs.
How long we keep it
Interest registrations are kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Account data is kept while the account exists. The trial-prevention hash outlives the account by design, because deleting it would hand out unlimited free trials; it cannot be turned back into your email address.
Cookies
Essential: staff who sign in to the admin area receive one session cookie; visitors receive none. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage. Optional: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets its _ga and _ga_* cookies to tell returning visits apart, for up to two years, and Google processes your IP address and page views on our behalf. Nothing from Google loads until you allow it, and you can change the choice from the Cookies link in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details below and we will act on it.
